Following the recent successful Vinhomes Central Park topping out ceremony of Landmark 1, Coteccons consecutively complete ahead of schedule of concrete and steel structure works for 2 blocks Park 9-10 at Vinhomes Times City Park Hill Project.
Park 9 & 10 consist of two 36-story blocks having approximate 150.000 sqm total construction area. Coteccons Site Management Board leveraged the latest construction technologies to optimize their construction progress. It helps to speed up project schedule to average 3-4 days per floor. Currently, Coteccons has been executing 6 blocks of Times City Park Hill project with total contract values about 2.600 billion dongs, in which their structural works have been completed and finishing works are being carried out.
At the topping out ceremony, representative of the Owner, Vincom 3 Project Management Board appreciate the notable schedule and quality of project. In respond to strong belief of the Owner, Coteccons’ Site Management Board has been mobilizing the best resources for finishing and MEP works to ensure a soon completion for the project.

Today 27 June 2017, Coteccons holds a Commencement Ceremony for Newtatco Commercial Serviced Office Apartment Complex Project (Newtatco) as Design & Build General Contractor (D&B).
In May 2017, Coteccons entered into a contract with Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Joint Stock Company to be a major design & build contractor for the strategic Hoa Phat Dung Quat Iron and Steel Production Complex in Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai.
On the morning of May 21, 2017, Coteccons coordinated with the investor – Saigon Garment – Match Joint Stock Company to hold the topping-out ceremony of the Gold Riverview building of the Gold View project – the No. 1 complex in downtown of Ho Chi Minh City. This marked the completion of construction on the raw part after 2 years.
