Following the recent successful Vinhomes Central Park topping out ceremony of Landmark 1, Coteccons consecutively complete ahead of schedule of concrete and steel structure works for 2 blocks Park 9-10 at Vinhomes Times City Park Hill Project.
Park 9 & 10 consist of two 36-story blocks having approximate 150.000 sqm total construction area. Coteccons Site Management Board leveraged the latest construction technologies to optimize their construction progress. It helps to speed up project schedule to average 3-4 days per floor. Currently, Coteccons has been executing 6 blocks of Times City Park Hill project with total contract values about 2.600 billion dongs, in which their structural works have been completed and finishing works are being carried out.
At the topping out ceremony, representative of the Owner, Vincom 3 Project Management Board appreciate the notable schedule and quality of project. In respond to strong belief of the Owner, Coteccons’ Site Management Board has been mobilizing the best resources for finishing and MEP works to ensure a soon completion for the project.

On February 8, 2017, Coteccons held the opening ceremony and signed two more projects valued over VND 1,500 billion, increasing the total contract value during the first days of the New Year of Dinh Dau to VND 5,000 billion.
In the second week of 2017, Coteccons Group won a lot of bids and commenced new projects from big and prestigeous Developers with a total value of over VND 3,360 billion.
On January 5, 2017, Coteccons again signed the contract for body structure construction of the three apartment towers of Vinhomes Metropolis project with the Developer Vingroup. The project is located at No. 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi City.
