The purpose of Site Supervisor Get-together program is to provide a playground among supervisors and meeting place with the Management, to share experience, skills, and to update news and development progress of the company. The significance of this get-together is marked by the participation of Nguyen Ba Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, who had a meaningful sharing session along with other Managers.

With the updates on organizational structure and compensation & benefit policies, the supervisors are also moved by CEO Nguyen Sy Cong’s story on work ethics, the story of contractors and of Coteccons for its contribution to Vietnam’s construction industry.

I will work for Coteccons until the company no longer needs me. But I believe with my personal capabilities and efforts, the firm will reserve special needs for those like me,” said Nguyen Duy Tung, a supervisor of Vinhomes Golden River project.

Communication is one of the most important skills for facilitators. On August 20th and 25th, Coteccons organized “Train the Trainer” training courses to enhance this skill of the internal facilitators.
