In early August 2019, Coteccons was officially assigned the M&E package of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Myanmar Center Project Phase 2 in Yangon city, Myanmar. The project is a high-class apartment building developed by Hoang Anh Gia Lai Myanmar Co., Ltd with the scale of 2 basements and 33 floors and the gross floor area of 31,011 m2. After completion, the project will provide 232 apartments with designs ranging from 1- to 3- bedroom apartments and penthouses. With capacity and extensive experience at international-standard projects, Coteccons has been entrusted by the developer to take on the role of M&E Contractor, providing manpower of installation of electrical system, water supply and drainage system, extra low voltage system, heating ventilation and air conditioning system, fire protection system for the project.
Hoang Anh Gia Lai Myanmar Center marks the expansion of Coteccons Group's business to foreign markets in Southeast Asia after the success of projects in Laos and Cambodia, and confirms Coteccons's position in M&E market. With the brand Remeeco officially introduced in early 2017, Coteccons is the company with the largest revenue in the field of M&E in Vietnam market with the total consolidated revenue in 2018 up to VND 5,200 billion. Last June, Remeeco and Coteccons Group successfully completed the project of Viettel Group’s headquarter with complex design and high technical requirements within 6 months of construction. On July 30th 2019, Coteccons completed construction of a steel bridge connecting Block B and C of Diamond Lotus project in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.
On July 31st 2019, Coteccons cooperated with the developer Vingroup to top out P8, P9 Tower of Vinhomes Ocean Park project in Da Ton commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi.
