For the fourth consecutive year, Coteccons has secured the No.1 position in the Top 10 Most Reputable Construction Contractors 2026, as announced by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet, reaffirming the Company\u2019s resilient fundamentals amid an increasingly competitive industry landscape.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Top 10 Most Reputable Construction Contractors 2026 ranking, published by Vietnam Report, is built upon\u00a0 objective criteria including financial capacity, media credibility, and expert evaluations. As Vietnam\u2019s construction sector enters a strong recovery phase, this year\u2019s ranking highlights the clear advancements of leading contractors, not only in business performance but also in their ability to deliver large-scale and complex projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Entering 2026, Vietnam\u2019s construction industry has recorded a notable recovery, driven by record-high public investment disbursement and stable foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows. According to Vietnam Report, in 2025, the sector\u2019s gross value added (GVA) grew by 9.62%, outpacing overall GDP growth and reinforcing construction\u2019s role as a key economic growth engine. Nevertheless, the industry continues to face structural challenges, including rising input costs, talent shortages, and increasing demands on project execution capabilities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Coteccons\u2019 sustained leadership is underpinned by strong financial performance. In the first half of fiscal year 2026, the Company recorded revenue of approximately VND 17,459 billion, representing a nearly 50% year-on-year increase, while profit after tax reached VND 523 billion, posting a robust 165% growth. Notably, Coteccons achieved a record-high backlog of approximately VND 62,500 billion, reflecting a healthy project pipeline and providing solid revenue visibility for the coming periods.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Coteccons continues to proactively redefine its operating model, focusing on process optimization and technology adoption. ESG principles are being increasingly embedded into the Company\u2019s corporate strategy, enhancing adaptability and creating long-term competitive advantages.
