Directly connected to Vo Van Kiet Boulevard - the backbone road connecting the east and the west of Ho Chi Minh City, the Akari City project has a scale of up to 8.5 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 8,000 billion, located at a strategic position for both trading and living. This is the fifth project implemented by Nam Long in cooperation with two Japanese investors with more than 100 years of experience in the field of real estate development and expected to provide about 5,000 affordable condominium of the Flora product line. Akari City is designed according to the concept of "City of Light" with a variety of commercial facilities, services, serving the needs of food and beverage, entertainment and education immediately, not only for the residents at the project but also the people living in the area.
Phase 1 of the project consists of 6 blocks built on an area of 2.8 hectares, including 1 basement, 21 floors with about 1,800 apartments. Coteccons will take the role of General Design and Build Contractor, designing and constructing structural, finishing and MEP works for the project.
