COTECCONS is currently applying the top-down construction method at the Saigon Happiness Square and Gemadept office building project.
COTECCONS is one of a very select group of Vietnamese construction companies which can carry out basement construction using this method in order to reduce construction time.
During the recent visit to Taiwan, engineers from COTECCONS updated their knowledge on top-down construction during site visits to FU TSU’s projects in Taipei City. FU TSU is one of the leading general contractors in Taiwan with extensive know-how in basement construction and their willingness to share their experience with COTECCONS augurs well for the long-term relationship between the two companies.
