Ho Chi Minh City, April 15, 2025 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons) is proud to be the only general contractor in the construction industry recognized among Ho Chi Minh City’s Top 50 Outstanding Enterprises and Organizations with Leading Brands and Products.

The award was announced at the seminar “The Journey of Creation and Advancement”, organized under the direction of the HCMC People’s Committee and hosted by the Department of Industry and Trade, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).

In response to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) 2026, Coteccons is partnering with the People’s Committee and Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to spread a safety culture, aiming for safe, sustainable workplaces that put people at the center. This year’s Action Month is implemented under Plan No. 11562 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Plan No. 96 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. The 2026 theme emphasizes innovation in management, strengthening the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in occupational risk prevention. At the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Cuong stressed that economic growth only has meaning when accompanied by the protection of workers’ lives, health, rights, and legitimate interests. On the morning of May 7, 2026, the Celesta Gold Project was officially launched with a groundbreaking ceremony along Nguyen Huu Tho Avenue, a strategic growth corridor in Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was held in a formal setting with the attendance of Mr. Vo Hoang Lam, CEO of Coteccons BU1, together with representatives of the project developers and business partners. Appointed as the main construction contractor for a contract package valued at over VND 1 trillion, the event not only marked the commencement of a new premium residential development in Southern Saigon, but also reaffirmed Coteccons’ proven execution capability in the high‑end real estate segment.
