Ho Chi Minh City, September 5, 2026 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CTD) respectfully announces that the Company has received a court decision related to Judgment No. 277/2026/KDTM-PT concerning a dispute over the construction contract for the Kenton Node project.
The Company will fully comply with the procedures prescribed by law while maintaining a cooperative approach with relevant parties toward reaching an appropriate agreement to recover the receivable and protect the legitimate interests of Coteccons, its shareholders, and related stakeholders.
