Coteccons Donates 1,000 “Building Tet” Gift Sets to Sanitation Workers in Ho Chi Minh City 

Ho Chi Minh City, January 30, 2024 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Department of Information & Communications and the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, has launched a program to donate 1,000 “Building Tet” gift sets to sanitation workers in Ho Chi Minh City. 

The donation ceremony was held at Nguyen Van Binh Book Street, District 1, with the presence of Mr. Trinh Huu Anh – Head of the Publishing, Printing, and Distribution Department, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information & Communications; Mr. Le Anh Tuan – Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of Legal Policy Committee; Mr. Nguyen Trong Tinh – Director of Social Work Center, Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; along with local authorities, Coteccons leadership, and workers. 

This event is part of the larger “Building Tet 2024” program, jointly organized by Coteccons and Nhan Dan Newspaper, aiming to deliver nearly 17,000 Tet gift sets to workers across the North, Central, and South regions of Vietnam, focusing on cities such as Hanoi, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Quang Ngai, and Ho Chi Minh City… 

Recognizing the immense contributions of sanitation workers, the program seeks to express gratitude and appreciation for their hard work. “Building Tet” is not only a meaningful initiative but also an opportunity to bring people together and foster stronger community bonds.   

In his speech, Mr. Trinh Huu Anh thanked Coteccons for the company social responsibility efforts, particularly in caring for workers by distributing nearly 30,000 “Building Tet” gifts over the past two years, including many workers in Ho Chi Minh City.

With the expansion of the program each year, Coteccons hopes to spread and call for the consensus of units, partners, and ministries and departments to join hands to protect workers – the vulnerable group in the industry value chain.

Coteccons pursues sustainable development with governance as its spearhead, ensuring alignment from leadership mindset to on-site operations.
