The Hubexo Asia Awards is one of Asia’s most prestigious accolades in architecture and construction. Organised by Hubexo, a pioneer in the regional construction ecosystem, since 2005, the awards celebrate organisations that deliver outstanding projects while advancing innovation and sustainable development across key Asian markets, including Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Notably, the Top 10 Contractors in Vietnam category was only introduced in 2024. Coteccons secured a place in the Top 10 from the inaugural year and has maintained its position for three consecutive years, demonstrating its excellence in construction execution, project management, and leadership within Vietnam’s construction industry.
According to Hubexo’s evaluation criteria, the Top 10 Contractors are ranked based on the total value of projects under construction during the most recent calendar year, with additional weighting applied to projects that achieve recognised green building certifications. Projects in the industrial, hospitality, and office sectors are also given higher consideration.
This recognition comes at a particularly significant time as Vietnam’s construction industry is entering a period of strong growth driven by public investment programmes, strategic infrastructure development, and high-quality foreign direct investment (FDI). As project owners increasingly demand world-class execution capabilities, international standards, and sustainable solutions, Coteccons’ continued recognition at the Hubexo Asia Awards reflects not only the scale and quality of its project portfolio but also its competitiveness in delivering long-term value to the economy and society.
Over the past year, Coteccons has maintained a strong presence across numerous landmark projects nationwide, including Gia Binh Airport, the APEC Convention Center Phu Quoc, Phu Quoc International Airport Expansion, Ba Na Hills, Pearl Theatre, PVF Stadium, The Infiniti, LŌ-GOI Yen Phong, and many other notable developments. Spanning infrastructure, industrial, logistics, and high-end residential sectors, this diverse portfolio highlights the Company’s comprehensive execution capabilities and adaptability in addressing increasingly complex market demands.

The Infiniti – Vietnam’s first high-rise development to utilise CO₂ mineralised concrete (CMC), eliminating 1,121 tonnes of carbon emissions through construction materials. The project achieved Green Mark Gold certification and recorded 5 million safe working hours, showcasing Coteccons’ expertise in delivering highly technical and sustainable developments.

LŌ-GOI Yen Phong – The tallest two-storey industrial and logistics complex in Northern Vietnam, with a gross floor area exceeding 139,000 square metres. Delivered under the Design & Build model and certified LEED Gold, the project demonstrates Coteccons’ capabilities in designing and constructing large-scale industrial and logistics developments to international standards.
Beyond construction excellence and technological innovation, Coteccons continues to demonstrate leadership in creating sustainable social value. In 2026, the Company was recognised at the 5th Nhan Dan Newspaper Innovation Awards with a Consolation Prize for its innovative initiatives under the “Xay Tet” and “Happy Train” programmes. Coteccons was also honoured with the “Outstanding Companion Partner” Award for its meaningful contributions in collaborating with Nhan Dan Newspaper on impactful community initiatives.
These recognitions acknowledge Coteccons’ efforts to extend the spirit of innovation beyond construction sites, integrating social responsibility with sustainable development. Through the Xay Tet 2026 programme, Coteccons partnered with Nhan Dan Newspaper, the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center, businesses, and charitable organisations to deliver over 30,000 Tet gift packages across 72 construction sites nationwide. In Ho Chi Minh City alone, approximately 8,000 workers from the construction and public sanitation sectors benefited from the programme, which also included health check-ups, life-skills consultations, festive activities, and the continued implementation of the “Building Dreams Foundation” Scholarship Programme for workers’ children with outstanding academic achievements.
Meanwhile, the Happy Train initiative, jointly organised with Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam Railways Corporation, not only provided meaningful reunion journeys for people during the Lunar New Year but also became a unique cultural space showcasing Vietnam’s image, people, and tourism to domestic and international passengers. With a design inspired by Vietnamese cultural identity, the programme successfully promoted humanistic values, community connection, and the spirit of sharing along the North–South railway route.
The recognition from the Hubexo Asia Awards 2026 not only acknowledges Coteccons’ achievements over the past year but also serves as a testament to the Company’s ability to deliver large-scale projects and its unwavering commitment to sustainable development.
Driven by its aspiration to become a true Industry Leader, Coteccons is committed not only to creating iconic developments but also to elevating the position of Vietnam’s construction industry on the regional and global stage while generating long-term value for clients, partners, communities, and society.
