COTECONS – UNICONS RECEIVE BCI ASIA AWARDS – TOP 10 CONTRACTORS 2024

On May 31st, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, Coteccons and its subsidiary, Unicons, were honored with the prestigious Top 10 Contractors 2024 award by BCI Central. This marks the 19th year that BCI Central has recognized leading firms in the Architecture, Real Estate, and Construction industries across seven countries and regions in Asia, including Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. 

The Top 10 Contractors (2024) were selected based on the total construction value of all projects initiated during the two-year period from January 1st, 2022, to December 31st, 2023, with additional weight given to projects holding Green certifications like LEED, Lotus, Green Mark, Green Star, and EDGE. Further consideration was given to specific project types, including Office/Headquarters, Hotels/Resorts, and Industrial/Factory projects.

This success is a testament to the continuous efforts of Coteccons – Unicons to pursue the goal of becoming an Industry Leader by focusing on people and sustainable values. Coteccons – Unicons have been at the forefront of implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices in the construction sector, with 46 projects achieving Green certifications such as LEED and Lotus. This reflects our strong commitment to sustainable and responsible construction.

Coteccons Joins Media Agencies, City Authorities and Businesses to Launch “Xây Tết 2026” in Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City – Nhan Dan Newspaper, the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center, and Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, officially expanding the “Xây Tết 2026” program in Ho Chi Minh City. The program aims to care for 8,000 workers in the city, including construction workers, environmental sanitation workers, and urban drainage workers.
