On April 29, 2025, Coteccons officially topped out Tower D3, marking the first major milestone in the construction journey of the Imperia Smart City – The Sola Park project, located in Tay Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the developer – MIK Group, the supervising consultant – Consultancy Company Limited of University of Civil Engineering, Coteccons’ leadership team, along with partners, subcontractors, and the Coteccons project management team.
In just 12 months since the groundbreaking ceremony, Coteccons has simultaneously undertaken the construction of three 35-storey towers and a basement level—a formidable challenge in terms of both scale and schedule. Throughout the construction process, the project encountered multiple weather-related setbacks, including the impact of Typhoon Yagi. Nevertheless, thanks to a team of seasoned and dedicated engineers, Coteccons overcame all obstacles to complete the structural work on schedule while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
This milestone not only reaffirms Coteccons’ position as a leading general contractor in Vietnam but also stands as a testament to the collective commitment, determination, and responsibility shared by MIK Group and Coteccons in creating an ideal living environment—where residents can fully enjoy the essence of modern urban life in the heart of the capital.
